Customer Service & Administration Officer (Level 3)

Permanent Part-Time | Toowoomba

Are you an experienced customer service or administration professional looking for a stable, part-time role with a supportive, down-to-earth team?

Homestyle Bakeries Pty Ltd is looking for a Customer Service & Administration Officer (Level 3) to join our Toowoomba office. This is a permanent part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm, with some flexibility for the right person.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers while also providing essential administrative support to our operations. You'll work across both Homestyle Bake (Toowoomba) and Gold Coast Bakeries, helping ensure orders, records, and customer enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, uses good judgement, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving issues professionally and end-to-end
* Entering, processing, and coordinating customer orders accurately
* Supporting sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks
* Processing returns, credits, and payments in line with internal procedures
* Maintaining accurate customer and order records across business systems
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Assisting with ad-hoc administration tasks as required

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both experience and a positive attitude.

You will ideally have:

* Previous experience in customer service and administration (highly regarded)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* A professional approach to handling confidential information
* A team-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently when required

Experience with order processing, invoicing, or internal business systems is advantageous, but training will be provided.
