As a result of rapid national growth, we're now looking for a well-presented, energetic B2B Sales Representative to help us expand further into the NSW builders' market — and we're excited to welcome someone ready to grow with us.
No Experience? No Problem
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's eager to start a career in sales but hasn't had the chance to gain experience yet.

About the Role:
To grow our business by building strong relationships with builders across NSW, you'll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential clients, building a portfolio, and ensuring they receive top-quality service and support from start to finish.
You'll be provided with everything you need, including:
* A fully maintained company vehicle
* Fuel card
* Phone, tablet, and e-tag
* Base salary + performance-based commission
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Generate new business across targeted suburbs in NSW
* Build long-term relationships with builders
* Conduct on-site cold calling and regular follow-ups
* Prepare accurate, professional proposals and quotations
* Negotiate and close deals effectively
* Provide timely support and solutions to clients
* Identify new sales opportunities and markets
* Work independently while staying highly motivated
* Maintain a customer-first approach at all times
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For:
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Resilient attitude – you don't give up after a "no"
* Able to work independently and manage your time well
* Confident with cold calling and meeting new people
* Comfortable negotiating and closing deals
* Professional presentation and manner
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
* Previous experience in sales or business development
* Background in construction or the ability to read site drawings/contracts
* Knowledge of subcontractor agreements
* Familiarity with the NSW building industry
Requirements:
* Current and valid driver's license
* Full working rights in Australia
