About the Opportunity
GAC International Australia is expanding, and we are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our NSW dealer network and drive market share growth.
This is a high-impact role where you will act as the commercial lead for your territory — influencing dealer performance, profitability, and brand presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
* Own and deliver regional wholesale and retail sales targets
* Improve dealer profitability and stock efficiency
* Drive market share growth and customer conversion performance
* Analyse key KPIs including sales output, stock structure, lead conversion, and campaign ROI
Lead and Influence Dealer Networks
* Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned dealers
* Conduct structured performance reviews and business planning sessions
* Ensure alignment with Dealer Agreements and brand standards
* Support dealer principals and senior management in growth planning
* Identify revenue growth opportunities within your region
* Implement sales and operational improvement strategies
* Collaborate with Marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness
* Provide competitor and market intelligence to senior leadership
* Deliver structured product, sales process, and systems training
* Coach dealer sales teams to improve performance and conversion rates
* Uphold and elevate brand standards across the network
* Deliver structured monthly and quarterly business reviews
* Provide data-driven insights to support national sales strategy
What We're Looking For
Experience
* 5+ years' experience within automotive OEM, dealer operations, or field-based sales roles
* Experience managing a dealer network or multi-site sales environment
* Strong understanding of retail automotive KPIs and commercial drivers
Capability
* Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
* Proven ability to influence senior dealer stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
