About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and performance of raw materials used in uniform manufacturing.
* Assist in researching, developing, and tracking fabrics and proprietary trims.
* Maintain the fabric/materials library, including test data and compliance documentation.
* Support quality and environmental checks to ensure raw materials meet required standards.
* Contribute to material sourcing activities to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
* Assist with lab testing and performance analysis of fabric developments.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support product compliance with relevant standards.
* Provide input into cost-effective development outcomes and track costing data.
* Support ethical sourcing and sustainability efforts across fabric and trim suppliers.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and supply partners.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery.
About You
You will have a strong background in textiles and be able to work independently as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
