Murrays Coaches is seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanical Trades Assistant / Bus Detailer to join our workshop team. This hands-on role supports our mechanics and tradespeople while ensuring our fleet is maintained, cleaned, and presented to a high standard.

The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Clean and detail buses (interior and exterior)
* Assist tradespeople with mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations
* Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for jobs
* Move and position buses within the yard or workshop
* Refuel vehicles and complete basic checks
* Load and unload materials and equipment
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures
About You
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded but not essential)
* Previous experience in a mechanical, trade, or vehicle detailing environment is an advantage but not essential
