We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager who can ensure efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance and maintaining high standards of service delivery for valued customers.
Your duties will include:
Manage and control transport operations ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost-effective operational activities
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders both internal and external
Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectify

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Superior knowledge and proven experience of transport operations
Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations development and succession planning
Proven track record in transport routing efficiencies pallet carton & linehaul
Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of supply chain operations with a background in labour planning cost management and improvement opportunities
Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience with WMS systems ideally Manhattan
