About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and motivated HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial and residential sites, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards while keeping our clients cool and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair HVAC & refrigeration systems to restore performance
* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to minimise downtime
* Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns promptly
* Complete service reports, timesheets, and compliance documentation in AroFlo
* Work safely and in compliance with Australian Standards & WHS requirements
* Participate in after-hours call-out roster (as scheduled)
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (mandatory)
* ARCtick licence (essential)
* NT Restricted Electrical Licence (or willing to obtain)
* Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems
* Understanding of WHS requirements and Australian Standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
