We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of hands‐on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong desire to grow their technical capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‐solving, collaborating with team members, and building high‐quality ServiceNow solutions under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
About The Role
As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and architects to deliver effective and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow features including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Events, Notifications, Service Portals, and Catalog Items
* Contributing to building integrations using IntegrationHub and native integrations (e.g., Active Directory)
* Translating functional requirements into configured solutions in collaboration with senior team members
* Performing testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities.
* Maintaining documentation and adhering to development best practices
Skills & Experience Essential
* 1-3 years' experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration. (experience with PSDS highly regarded)
* Must have Baseline Security Clearance.
* Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, automation, and catalog development
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members
