Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager, preferably in the safety equipment or related industry, who are committed to deliver high quality products and service to their clients.

About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
11. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned account customers, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to understand their safety equipment needs and drive portfolio account growth.
12. Understand client objectives and tailor solutions by recommending appropriate safety products that align with their requirements.
13. Proactively engage with clients based on our contact strategy to address any concerns, inquiries, or issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
14. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in fulfilling client orders and requirements.
15. Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports to demonstrate the value of our products and services to clients.
16. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and safety regulations to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
17. Proven experience 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the safety equipment or related industry.
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
19. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
20. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
21. Industry knowledge desirable, but not essential.
