Essential Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related healthcare background.
2. Superior customer service and communication skills with high empathy.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
4. Able to work autonomously in a solo clinic environment.
5. Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
6. Working With Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
7. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, New Zealand citizenship, or valid visa permitting work.
