About the role
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) you'll get behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans and help deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night. You'll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
Responsibilities
* Safely navigate local neighbourhoods to deliver customers shopping to their homes during day or night.
* Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
* Lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, including stairs.
* Work flexible hours across trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends (shifts run from 5am‐1pm and 1pm‐11pm).
Qualifications
* Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
* Current full or provisional Australian driver's licence with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience and a safe driving record.
* Confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas.
