 
        
        We are looking for 1 Chef and 1 Cook to working in busy restaurant. In this role, you will plan, organize, and manage all aspects of food preparation and cooking within our establishment. Key Responsibilities: 
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Upload and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Potentially oversee staff training and development.
- May manage food preservation and storage processes.
- Communicate promptly with Chef Manager on kitchen operations, safety plans, and menu concerns.
- Deliver food services based on customer choices.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure high standards at every stage.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Check the quantity and quality of received products.
- Check food is stored and handled as per food health and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cook / prepare the provided menu items
- Sanitize food preparation and serving areas
- Stir or turn foods to ensure even cooking
- Cook and season food according to recipes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Prior experience as a chef minimum one year.
- Education in Commercial Cookery.
- Adaptable to work on a rotating roster.
