This role owns the digital optimisation strategy and manages a team of specialists focused on delivering seamless user experiences, high-performing content, and strong conversion outcomes through continuous improvement and innovation.With a data-driven and user-centric approach, the role oversees experimentation programs, analytics, and platform management to ensure BOQ Group remains at the forefront of digital capability, including the adoption of AI.
It drives the roadmap for uplift initiatives and collaborates across Digital, UX, Marketing, Technology, Analytics and Product teams to align digital efforts with business goals and customer needs while also seeking opportunities for process and operational efficiency.The Senior Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, privacy and technical standards, maintaining high data integrity.

Your commercial acumen is evident in your ability to drive customer acquisition through data-led digital strategies, and you bring a deep understanding of digital platforms, product development, UX/UI principles, and customer journey mapping.You have extensive experience in designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests across websites and mobile apps, supported by a solid foundation in statistical analysis and experiment design.
Your technical proficiency spans A/B testing platforms such as Amplitude and Adobe Target, web analytics tools, and content management systems, enabling you to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.You communicate complex and technical concepts with clarity and influence, engaging both senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
