About the Role
This role plays a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents by facilitating lifestyle activities that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and enjoyment within our home.
* Create and implement individual social care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met
* Contribute to planning and delivering group and individual activities that cater to diverse interests
* Maintain resources for our activities program, ensuring its continued success
* Distribute essential information to residents, including newsletters and activity notices
* Support the coordination and supervision of volunteers, helping them grow in their roles
* Pursue other duties aligned with your skills as directed by management

We look for candidates with a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field and a current National Police Certificate.
