The opportunity We are currently looking for a Head of Investor External Relations to join the team at our corporate head office in Subiaco.
Step into a pivotal role at Regis.
You'll work with the CEO and senior executives to shape how Regis shows up on the market stage.
From investors to brokers, you'll be the key connection, ensuring the Regis story is compelling, the strategy is clearly articulated, and market presence is maximised.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the development and execution of our investor relations strategy, strengthening relationships with investors, brokers, and other key external stakeholders.
The main responsibilities of this role include: Partner with the CEO to shape and deliver Regis' financial, strategic and ESG narrative to investors, analysts, proxy advisers and key market stakeholders Build and implement a clear, impactful investor relations (IR) strategy, framework and communication process Join senior leadership at investor meetings, roadshows and key market engagements Translate broker, analyst and investor insights into sharp management reports and papers that highlight trends, risks and opportunities for senior leadership and the Board Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage IR calendars and lead investor perception studies to guide strategic decision-making Craft high-quality IR communications and public materials, presentations, ASX announcements, Q As, memos, briefings and website content Coordinate external reporting activities, including annual financial, sustainability, climate related and ESG disclosures Maintain accurate contact registers and meeting notices Support Business Development through targeted market research and commercial insights Work closely with the Company Secretary on disclosure obligations and materials for ASX releases, Annual Reports and results presentations Monitor trends and updates in IR reporting standards to keep Regis aligned with best practice About you To be successful for this role, you will have: Proven senior-level experience in Investor Relations or a capital-markets role, ideally in resources or regulated sectors A deep understanding of how capital markets operate, including valuation drivers, investor behaviour, sell-side dynamics and a broad understanding of the Australian and global funds management landscape Well established relationships across the investment community and confidence to engage at the most senior levels of the finance industry Confident, persuasive, and trusted operator with strong relationship-building skills Exceptional financial communicator, able to distil complex performance, forecasts and market trends into compelling insights Deep understanding of market drivers, corporate governance, disclosure rules, and M A dynamics ESG-savvy, experienced in embedding sustainability into strategy and reporting Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite and a strong attention to detail Hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership in delivering high-quality outputs in an ambiguous environment Academic qualifications in a commercial or technical discipline are highly regarded What we can offer: Career development opportunities Collaborative work environment where your input matters Employee service awards and employee referral incentive Supportive and highly experienced leadership team Wellbeing support for you and your family for personal and professional matters (EAP) Competitive salary with annual incentives As Regis Resources continues its evolution from mid-tier gold miner to a leading Australian gold producer, this is a unique opportunity to join Regis.
