About The Role

We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our friendly People and Culture team, supporting the Payroll Manager with the payroll functions across St John Ambulance, Seniors Community Care, and Manor Meals.

Location: Notting Hill headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing payroll for multiple organizations.
2. Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and processes, including tax and superannuation.
3. Supporting payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
4. Maintaining accurate payroll records.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in payroll processing within medium to large organizations.
* Payroll certification, tertiary qualification, or relevant experience.
* Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) is highly regarded.
* Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
