We are seeking a professional to fill the position of IT Systems Support Manager. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and configure user access and security groups across multiple platforms.
* Administer, support, and configure Windows OS servers, including virtualization, monitoring, and patching.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors for extended support and operational activities.
* Maintain open communication with clients to improve operational efficiency and standardize procedures across Applications, Servers, and Identity support and administration.
Required Skills:
* Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITSM) and Appian.
* Expertise in Identity Management tools - Active Directory and Okta.
* Advanced skills in Linux Red Hat and Azure, with ability to mentor others.
