About the role
Due to their continued growth and success, they require the services of an experienced customer service / warehouse stores person to join their small but happy and dedicated Queensland team.
In this dynamic, fast paced and highly challenging role, you will be charged with the following:
* Providing customer service over the phone
* Providing customer quotations
* Liaising with the sales team regarding stock and deliveries
* Receiving and dispatching stock
* Back order management
* Picking and packing orders
* Participating in stocktakes
* Maintaining the warehouse
Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you must possess the following key attributes:
* Previous customer service and warehouse experience within an industrial environment
* The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
* A desire to continually learn and develop yourself
* A Forklift licence
