This is an exciting time to join the **Finite Group** as we continue our growth and success in Canberra leveraging off and a number of highly profitable and well-developed client relationships.
In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure the ongoing development and capabilities of the Canberra team are maximised to optimise performance. This includes of hiring and establishing a larger team of specialist recruiters, implementing a variety of new business initiatives, managing your own client accounts and ensuring sales strategy objectives are met.
**Reporting to the ANZ Director you will**:
- As part of the Senior Leadership team you will devise and implement the ACT sales strategy and help deliver our new road map
- Implement a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales and enhance contract margins and permanent fees
- Further build headcount to complement our existing recruitment and account management team
- Train and upskill new staff to ensure consultants meet key business targets
- Collaborate and complement our IT Professional Services business and develop lead generation and cross selling opportunities across the Group
- Speak and/or present at our annual Sales conference and client events about the company's performance, achievements and services
