Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical, physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to determine their rehabilitation goals and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of rehabilitation services, including therapy sessions, medical interventions, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and education to clients and their families, empowering them to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of clients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of rehabilitation to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health or Health Sciences, or a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Clinical knowledge of pathologies
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits 
- A current drivers' licence and access to their own vehicle
