Fox Personnel is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our small but growing team.
The successful candidate will need a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and be a strong team player who is keen to learn and comfortable working in a high-paced environment with a good attitude.
Interaction with our candidates, contractors and clients is a huge part of our roles, and so our ideal applicant will be a confident communicator.
Duties
Search for and contact suitable candidates.
Cultivate connections with new and existing candidates.
Actively maintain, update and navigate our internal databases.
Liaise with clients to ensure the recruitment/onboarding process is coordinated and managed efficiently.
Provide a wide range of administrative support services, including writing adverts, formatting resumes, social media posting and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate onboarding processes and generate contracts/extensions, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and delivered promptly.
Check in on our valued contractors to ensure they're thriving in their roles.
Key skills and experience
A resilient and proactive attitude, with experience to comfortably work in a high-paced environment – this is not a cushy, boring "receptionist" role.
Strong communication skills: a commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
Strong time management skills: the ability to accomplish objectives effectively within tight time frames.
Technological confidence – skilled in CRM systems, Excel, touch typing, social media and quick to learn new software and digital tools.
What's In It For You?
This role is a *****-hour casual position at approximately $29-$30 per hour.
There is the opportunity that it could become a permanent F/T salaried role after the probation period.
Full training and a transition to becoming a Recruitment Consultant after 2 years of employment is also available for the right candidate.
