The Role
As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you will support the management of a large institutional portfolio. Working closely with a Senior Property Manager and senior leadership, you will gain hands‐on exposure to complex commercial asset management while building your long‐term career in the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who already has property management experience and is looking to step further into the commercial sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with lease administration, compliance and rent reviews
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
* Liaising with tenants and responding to day‐to‐day enquiries
* Assisting with financial reporting, invoicing and arrears management
* Supporting the Senior Property Manager with portfolio operations
* Assisting with budgeting and asset reporting
About you:
We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a long‐term career in commercial property.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in property management (residential, commercial or mixed portfolios considered)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* A current WA Property Management Registration
