Main Responsibilities
* Deliver timely and efficient operational support for employee services activities, including recruitment, training administration, contract preparation, and records management. This involves providing administrative assistance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Support the research, data reconciliation, and reporting process for key performance indicators such as performance appraisals and probation reviews. This requires analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions.
* Provide labour hire administration and training coordination services to support business objectives.
* Promote process improvements and ensure compliance with service level agreements to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Safeguard workplace health, safety, and wellbeing across all activities by implementing best practices and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
