About the Role
As the Assistant Accounts Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our client's financial processes run smoothly. You'll assist with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and general finance administration. Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and payments
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Assist with payroll and employee expense claims
* Support month-end reporting

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A team player with a proactive attitude
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field (or currently studying)
* Full working rights in Australia
