This role involves:

* Maintaining accurate records through Salesforce to ensure service levels are met.
* Collaborating with internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers to drive timely customer-focused outcomes.
* Contributing to process improvement, reporting, and capability uplift to enhance overall performance.
* Supporting strategic initiatives to optimize network operations.
Key Qualifications:
* A background in telecommunications or IT, with experience in customer operations, service activation, and technical support.
* The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
