About the role
We are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a fantastic work ethic, to fulfil a service / admin position in our fast-paced Coolum Beach Head Office.
This role will primarily focus on the service sector liaising with Ops & Field Crew. Your primary role will be to champion AroFlo, our Job Management Software, so excellent IT skills are essential.
Training will be provided in our systems & procedures, however extensive experience in the following is required.
 * AroFlo experience or a similar platform such as ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify etc
 * Outlook email and calendar management
 * Adobe Acrobat
 * MS Office 365 suite especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams
 * 60+ wpm typing speed
Programs used in our office include the following, experience in using them will be an advantage, however training will be provided.
 * AroFlo
 * SafetyCulture
 * Asana
 * Bitwarden
 * Dext
This position would suit someone from the Building industry who has practical knowledge in the industry along with great Admin / IT skills who would like to get off the tools. The role would also suit an admin professional who picks up computer systems and different software platforms extremely quickly and can hit the ground running. You will take direction and feedback from the Business Manager, Operations Manager and the Managing Director of the company.
Salary is competitive and will be based on your skills and experience and what you can bring to this role.
No Weekends, office hours are Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
