Job Description
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIS and team development within your store. You must be an autonomous and proactive leader responsible for creating brand awareness throughout commercial, residential and retail clientele.
You will be in charge of managing a minimum team of 5 and ensuring they meet their targets. Excellent customer service is essential, as you will be working closely with customers to create a unique and rewarding experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, preferably in a consultative environment. Experience in trades, electrical or homeware industry is also highly regarded.
