The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, hands‐on Business Systems Analyst to support our core business systems ensuring their stability, integrity, and ongoing improvement—resolving issues, bridging legacy and ERP platforms, and building the integrations and automations that eliminate friction for our technical teams. You'll be the systems partner bridging our engineering brilliance with operational excellence—implementing and optimising ERP/MES systems that enable the team, not create more admin. Key Responsibility Areas Include
* Building systems from the ground up that support teams building hypersonic aircraft.
* Leading ERP/MES implementation while we are actively delivering projects.
* Designing smart solutions that eliminate bottlenecks and reduce admin burden so engineers can engineer.
* Solving real problems – data integrity, system integration, process efficiency, legacy migrations.
* Wearing multiple hats – that's life at 50 people scaling very quickly to more than double that.
* Digital backbone be a key player in our digital backbone initiative, working across the full lifecycle: delivery, deployment, enhancement and maturation as we scale.

What you'll bring (must-haves)
* 3+ years in business systems or operations—ideally in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering.
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Strong experience or demonstrated affinity with engineering, technical, aerospace and/or manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to support operational teams through system enablement, business process improvement and workflow transformation initiatives.
* Understand ERP systems deeply—integration, data flows, system development methodologies (not just theory).
* Can build Power BI reports and actually understand what the data is telling you.
* Are a self-starter who sees a problem and fixes it without waiting to be told.
* A systems thinking mindset—you see end-to-end processes and downstream impacts.
* Can manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
* Write clear documentation that people actually use.
* Are financially literate enough to support workflows touching finance and accounting.
* Thrive in fast‐paced environments where priorities shift and you need to adapt quickly.
* Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable security clearance or background checks.
* Legal right to live and work in Australia.
Bonus points for
MS Dynamics/Business Central experience, Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate) and ERP/MES deployment experience.
