Our company is seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth and impact of our training and technical content teams.
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive training strategies that maximize reach and impact across customer bases. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of engaging and accurate technical content, design and execute training programs, lead multi-disciplinary teams, establish documentation ecosystems, and drive innovation in digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Lead global teams, including trainers, technical writers, instructional designers, and e-learning specialists.
* Establish and maintain technical documentation ecosystems, including API documentation, implementation guides, and integration playbooks.
* Drive innovation in digital learning experiences, including interactive simulations, microlearning, and adaptive learning pathways.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and content development agencies.
* Develop content governance frameworks ensuring consistency across training materials, technical documentation, and e-learning assets.
* Create documentation and content strategies that support both instructor-led training and self-paced learning journeys.
* Manage global resource allocation across training delivery, documentation projects, and e-learning development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' combined experience across technical training, documentation, and e-learning, with 5+ years leading global teams.
* Proven experience managing documentation projects using tools like Confluence and Robohelp.
* Demonstrated success in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and documentation platforms.
