Analyst Engineer - Fiserv Systems
Hudson is partnering with a large organisation to look for a stellar engineer with Fiserv products experience. This contract assignment is for 6 months starting January 2026 with possibility for extensions.
Overview
The role provides specialist support and analysis across Fiserv banking systems, with a focus on Signature. You will work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, refine configurations and ensure stable operations across an IBM hosted environment.
Key responsibilities
• Provide technical and functional support for Fiserv products
• Analyse system issues and work with business users to resolve defects or queries
• Maintain and improve configurations within the IBM hosted environment
• Support integration points with other banking systems
• Document changes, workflows and operational processes
• Work with vendors and internal teams to manage incidents and enhancements
• Ensure system stability, data integrity and compliance with internal controls
Skills and experience
• Strong experience with Fiserv products, ideally Signature
• Good understanding of banking operations and core banking workflows
• Ability to analyse issues across complex environments
• Experience supporting systems hosted on IBM infrastructure
• Solid communication skills and an organised working style
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems with minimal guidance
