About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, values-led culture that empowers and supports our incredible educators and teams.
This dynamic office-based role requires occasional travel to our early education centres across Northern NSW, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane.
* Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on employment relations issues, supporting conflict resolution and mediation processes, and developing HR policies and practices.
* Additional duties include coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition processes, developing staff engagement strategies, and promoting workplace health and safety.
About you:
* You should have relevant qualifications or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* A thorough understanding of industrial relations, awards and relevant employment legislation affecting the childcare sector is highly regarded.
* You should be passionate about people, culture and creating a supportive work environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve and work collaboratively are essential.
