Purpose
As Key Account Manager - Leisure you will drive performance across the leisure segments for our Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio of properties. The role will focus on developing and implementing strategies for the market segment and designated key accounts and developing new opportunities.
This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Sydney or the Gold Coast, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes the option to work from home on occasion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive segment and account performance by strengthening relationships with our partners by acting as the key point of contact for the accounts in your designated portfolio
- Develop and implement account and action plans for accounts in line with Accor's commercial strategy
- Utilise regular data analysis to Identify opportunities for revenue optimisation and incremental business and implement action plans accordingly
- Assist with developing a leisure activity & engagement calendar
- Analyse campaign performance using a data-driven approach and providing budget recommendations for hotel activations
- Represent Accor at regional and national Trade events, special events and networking functions
- Assist with tactical campaigns and marketing activations with partners
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential
- Extensive hotel industry experience with excellent presentation skills and relationships with key industry bodies and agencies
- Process and data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities
- Previous experience with OTA's (cost per click marketing) and Leisure Agencies preferred but not essential
