The Human Resources Leader is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive employee lifecycle excellence.

This includes attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, as well as fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HR principles, legislation, and practices, with strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Operational HR Excellence: Lead HR projects and activities, develop and implement HR strategies, oversee daily HR operations, provide HR advice, and improve HR information systems.
* Talent Acquisition & Development: Drive talent acquisition strategies, ensure diversity and inclusion, oversee end-to-end recruitment, monitor trends, and lead organizational development initiatives.
* Leadership: Manage and support a team of HR professionals, foster a culture of continuous learning, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
