As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Geraldton operations. This is a residential opportunity to join a high-performing team in one of Western Australia’s key regional hubs.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role managing the day-to-day operations of our workshop and service team. You’ll be responsible for team performance, job scheduling, inventory control, customer support, and technical excellence — with a strong emphasis on hydraulic systems.
We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, build team capability, and ensure our high standards of safety, service, and quality are always met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of workshop and service staff
- Oversee hydraulic hose and component repairs, installations, and field service
- Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement
- Maintain job scheduling and customer response times
- Provide expert technical support on hydraulic systems
- Promote new products and services to grow the business
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain workshop standards, tools, and assets
- Work with senior management on business planning and improvement
About You
- Extensive hands-on hydraulic experience — hose & fittings, systems diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in a similar Workshop, Branch or Service Manager role (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail
- MR Driver’s Licence (ideal)
