Sales Administrator Role
At Earth 2 Ocean, we design, deliver, and support cutting-edge communications and marine electronics solutions across Western Australia. From mining to marine, remote workforces to 4WDers off the grid—we keep people connected where it matters most.
We're looking for a Sales Administrator who's equal parts organised, capable, and customer-focused. If you love the buzz of a fast-paced environment, get a kick out of helping people, and enjoy bringing calm to chaos-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the voice and face of our company – manage our shared sales inbox, answer enquiries, and greet walk-in customers.
* Support our sales team – prepare quotes, source product info, track orders, and keep the CRM humming.
* Keep things moving – liaise with our stock and dispatch teams to track deliveries and keep clients in the loop.
* Drive better service – follow up with clients, resolve minor issues, and make every experience a great one.
* Keep it all on track – be all over your sales invoicing, communicate with Operations & the Tech team, assist with meeting targets and budgets using Odoo & Microsoft 365 platforms.
What We're Looking For
* Strong admin skills and confidence with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Experience in a customer-facing role – office reception, retail, sales admin, or technical services
* Great time management and attention to detail
* Ability to juggle priorities with energy for the role
* Familiarity with a CRM/Sales platform like Odoo is a bonus
