Nixor Workforce are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and Concreters for a long term, 2 year, high rise construction project in Canberra, Australia. Individuals will require a minimum of 1 year experience in similar construction projects and be able to work productively in a team environment whilst also being capable of organizing and executing work without supervision. High rise construction experience is preferred for this position but not essential.
You will be working a 6 day on, 1 day off roster, completing approximately 60-65 hours per week and pays are received weekly.
Important: These positions will require individuals to relocate to Canberra for a minimum of 6 months. Flights will be provided from major cities Australia wide, along with apartment style accommodation and a living away from home allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formwork Carpenters: Construct and install formwork for concrete pours, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity. Interpret blueprints and plans, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality control.
* Concreters: Carry out concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing, ensuring the smooth application and durability of concrete structures. Work closely with the team to meet project milestones and timelines.

About You:
* Proven experience in formwork carpentry or concreting
* Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
* Reliable, hard-working, and ready for the challenge
* White Card and Drivers License (essential) and relevant certifications (preferred but not essential)
* Valid Australian work rights are required
