**Experienced Barista Wanted - Join Our Busy, High-Quality Café in North Fitzroy**
We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced barista to join our fast-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade, North Fitzroy.
- **Minimum 12 months' experience** working on the coffee machine
- Confidence in a high-volume coffee service environment
- A collaborative attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team
- A flexible, all-rounder approach to café operations
This role also involves:
- Delivering **outstanding customer service** to a diverse and loyal customer base
- **Basic food preparation**, food running, and operating the register
We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic about coffee and hospitality, and who thrives in a dynamic team of skilled, industry-focused professionals.
