At Demant, we're looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Project Manager who will take a leading role in global HR process standardization, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding. Working within our "Attract, Recruit, On and Offboard" Community of Practice, you'll collaborate with Global Process Owners and local HR teams to co-create consistent, high-impact HR experiences that reflect our values and support our global growth. * Lead global and regional HR projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and timelines.
* Work with HR Communities of Practice (CoPs) and Global Process Owners to design scalable and user-centric HR processes.
* Support the development and rollout of global onboarding and recruitment frameworks.
* Co-create and implement a competitive Employer Branding toolkit.
* Drive continuous process improvement and support change management initiatives.
* Promote process consistency and transparency across regions.
* Ensure high-quality stakeholder communication and engagement.
* Gather feedback and measure impact of implemented solutions.
Apply if you:
* have at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR or talent acquisition;
* hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* have a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes;
* have experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrix environment;
* are fluent in English (spoken and written);
* demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills;
* are excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
* can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment;
* are proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project);
* are familiar with onboarding technologies and process design is advantageous;
* are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive in your approach;
* some international travel might be expected;
* have project management certification - is a plus.
