Responsibilities
* Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough for breads and pastry products.
* Mix, rest and bake full range of breads.
* Assist with construction of pastries, cakes and slices.
* Glaze and dust bread & pastries and products as needed.
* Apply fillings, icings and decorations for special order cakes.
