Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.
Position
PLANT OPERATOR – GRADER/ TEAM LEADER (Permanent)
Responsibilities
- Operate a grader and lead a small crew while performing Council's road construction and maintenance operations and activities in a safe, economical and proficient manner.
- Manage and maintain team vehicles, plant equipment and develop and promote operational skills of team members.
Qualifications
- Current Australian HR truck licence.
- General Construction Induction training card.
- Ability to operate and maintain a Grader, and to maintain and manage team transport and other plant to manufacturers' specifications.

Hours and remuneration
Hours of work: 38 hours per week.
Salary and conditions: Annual salary range $69,735.12 to $76,703.12 (Grade 9), plus superannuation and rostered day off once a fortnight.
