Senior Business Analyst Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support Program Delivery projects in our Enterprise Transformation Division. The successful candidate will analyze problem areas, plan, and conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and solution options.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis functions including planning, requirements development, and management.
* They must have experience working with Agile & Waterfall Methodologies.
* Additionally, they should possess skills in process mapping and re-engineering.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and be proactive in identifying solutions.
About the Job Responsibilities
* This position involves delivering a wide range of business and technical analysis activities.
* Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders is crucial to ensure successful outcomes.
* The selected candidate will provide development support and mentorship to a team of Business Analysts.
* Leading the development and ongoing management of the Business Analyst Community of Practice (BACoP) is also a key responsibility.
