We're on the hunt to find a talented Shift Supervisor to join our Torquay team on a Casual basis.
You:
To be well equipped for success in the Shift Supervisor role, you'll need a few tricks up your sleeve...
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with clear communications
* At least a year or two of supervisor/management experience in a bar/restaurant setting
* Able to motivate and train a team of staff
* Friendly, positive and approachable attitude
* Good banter and up for a challenge
* Genuine interest in all things beer
* Able to work on rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Have a valid VIC RSA and unrestricted Australian Work Rights
