About the Role
This key role plays a vital part in our restaurant operation, focusing on building a positive team culture, driving business results and ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the recruitment, training and development of new team members to deliver exceptional service standards;
* Driving sales growth through proactive sales strategies and effective cost management;
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same;
* Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures;
* Maintaining high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture;
* Stock & Inventory control - Managing inventory levels, creating purchase orders and invoices, and completing stock assessments and reports;
* Maximising bookings through reservation platforms and other marketing channels.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Prior Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role in a fast-paced, food and beverage-driven venue;
* A strong background in food and beverage operations, including stock control and inventory management;
* A proven track record of driving sales growth, controlling costs and developing high-performing teams;
* Strong work ethic, with a hands-on approach and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team;
* Strong computer acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software;
* Qualifications:
* AUS Working Rights;
* Valid RSA certification;
* Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
