We are looking for a registered nurse to work on casual basis at our homely facility at Tenison Residential Aged Care | Goulburn NSW 2580
The Role: We are looking for a casual Registered Nurse to be able to work AM, PM and Nights over a fortnightly roster.
You will:
* Complete holistic assessments
* Care plans evaluate and make clinical decisions
* Guide our care staff to improve the quality of life of our Residents

* You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who endeavors to provide safe and effective direct nursing care in line with nursing best practice principles.
To achieve this, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experience
* Availability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night duties
* Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of Residents with a variety of health issues
* A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people
* Carry out the initial and on-going assessment, planning and management of nursing care for
residents
* Develop personal care plans that ensure the individual needs of residents are identified and met, and be aware of changes in care plans
* Participate in their quarterly care plan evaluation, or more regularly as required
* Ensure that all documentation required by and related to the provision of quality care for all residents is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures
* Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims
