As a Paid Media Officer, you will play a key role in delivering national behaviour change campaigns designed to reduce the impact of cancer across Australia.You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media activity across digital, programmatic, social and selected offline channels. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, perform strongly, and contribute to measurable behaviour change outcomes.This role offers the opportunity to work on large scale national campaigns, collaborate with a broad mix of stakeholders, manage timelines and approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement in how campaigns are delivered and evaluated.About youYou are a detail focused and capable marketing professional who enjoys working with media platforms, data and people. You thrive in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are motivated by contributing to meaningful public health outcomes.You bring:3+ years' experience in marketing, communications, media or campaign deliveryDemonstrated experience working across paid media, with an understanding of how digital and offline channels work togetherHands on experience building, managing or troubleshooting campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media performance data and translate it into clear insights and recommendationsDemonstrated alignment with the Cancer Council Australia's mission and a strong motivation to contribute to improved public health outcomesExperience working with media agencies, including understanding media plans and performance dashboardsStrong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related fieldCommitment to the purpose and values of Cancer Council AustraliaOur CultureCancer Council Australia is here for all Australians affected by cancer.
