Job Description
The Disability Reform Directorate is seeking a highly capable Principal Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading stakeholder engagement and change management activities that enable effective, inclusive reform delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities to ensure the program's priorities are understood, supported, and successfully implemented
* Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to inform the design and development of key disability reform initiatives
* Partner across Directorates, government agencies, non-government organisations, school communities, and other identified stakeholders to build understanding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A strong background in communications and change management within a similar context
* The ability to develop innovative communication strategies that meet business priorities
* Prompt project management skills with experience in ensuring projects reach satisfactory conclusions timely manner
