Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of construction progress, including site works, to meet project timelines.
* Building strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and local authorities to achieve mutual goals.
* Developing and implementing effective community management strategies to maintain high levels of homeowner engagement.
* Ensuring homes are installed and landscaped according to the resort's aesthetic standards.
* Supporting the sales team by interviewing prospective homeowners to ensure they are fully informed about the community.
Requirements
* Proven experience in resort management, property development, or a similar role.
* Strong community management skills, with the ability to develop rapport quickly.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
