Area Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a result-driven Area Manager to join our expanding network across the City of Ballarat and Regional Victoria. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the company's mission, values, and vision to serve our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and lead a team to achieve business objectives;
• Create business plans, run meetings, and set up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Perform market analysis, report, and monitor progress against KPIs;
• Prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
• Plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
• Manage customer databases;
• Participate in management, network, and extraordinary meetings;
The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong sense of humor, reliability, trustworthiness, and proven organizational skills. You should also have sound knowledge of industry acts, legislations, and compliances.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Agent Representative Certificate;
• Certificate IV in Property Services (preferred);
• Estate Agent License (preferred);
• Current Police Check Record;
• Driving License and reliable vehicle;
