About the Role
The Service Administrator will provide administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The duties will include:
- Working side by side with the Service Supervisor
- Document preparation and formatting internal and external communications
- Providing comprehensive administrative support
- Liaising with clients, customers, and suppliers
- Attend to customer administration needs
- Filing and archiving
- General office day-to-day duties
About You
The ideal candidate will have clear and concise communication skills, a customer service focus, and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and demonstrate a robust sense of initiative and a positive attitude.
