Right now, we're looking for a Senior Videographer to step into a key role within our creative team.
This role will suit someone who has depth. Maybe you've freelanced seriously, run your own studio, or tried to build something of your own. You know how much responsibility creative work really carries, and you want the backing of a strong agency without losing autonomy, ambition, or pride in your craft.
The Role
This is not just about shooting and editing. You will own the video output across a range of clients and help set the creative bar for what video looks like at Dilate.
You will:
* Own end-to-end video production from concept through to delivery.
* Coordinate and manage all pre-production planning, ensuring shoots are well thought through and aligned to clear goals.
* Develop briefs, storyboards, shot lists and production schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
* Support location scouting, casting and resource planning where required.
* Lead shoots on set, capturing high-quality footage with strong creative intent.
* Oversee post-production and work closely with editors and designers to deliver polished final outputs.
* Apply feedback thoughtfully, balancing stakeholder input with creative integrity.
* Plan and run photo shoots using strong lighting and composition principles.
* Edit and retouch imagery to meet brand standards.
* Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure video supports broader marketing outcomes.
* Contribute ideas on how video can be used more strategically as Dilate and our clients continue to scale.
You
You care deeply about storytelling and quality. You take responsibility for your work and the outcome, not just the task.
You bring:
* Proven experience as a videographer, ideally within an agency or commercial environment.
* Strong technical capability across filming, lighting, audio and post-production.
* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or similar editing tools.
* Solid project management skills and comfort juggling multiple shoots and deadlines.
* Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
* A commercial mindset and an understanding that great creative work serves a purpose.
* A desire to grow, stretch yourself, and be part of something building momentum.
